As a nutritionist, I design customised diets for individual goals to target fat loss, muscle gain, and to build immunity, by choosing nutrient rich foods to nourish the body with.
As a trainer, I develop personalised workouts aimed at improving functional movements while building strength. With a specialisation in back health, I use my knowledge of Pilates for rehab and my certification in TRX for more advanced body weight exercises.
From a teenager curious about fitness, to an adult obsessed with perfecting the optimal form & technique of exercise, I decided to learn from the best: the K11 School of Fitness Sciences where I built my solid foundation in the science of nutrition and training, upon which I continue to build today.
As a student of fitness, this means being better than just healthy. It's about getting stronger from within. My method is simple: an equal balance of training and nutrition.
At bodyFIT the focus will be on improving your body composition rather than just losing weight. This means working on fat loss and building muscle. In order to support this goal, the body will need to be well nourished through customised diets that will be designed to suit your individual lifestyle. Workouts will be structured to incorporate all the pillars of fitness through a combination of strength training, functional exercises, pilates, TRX, along with cardio workouts.
